  • Adam Heid awarded a Parents Association Certificate of Merit for service to campus life
  • In the fall of 2002, Z-U Z raised more than $750 for the families of the victims of XXXXXXX
  • Helped distribute ribbons of remembrance across campus to students and faculty.

  • Tom Fritz ’63 awarded Miami’s 2003 Bishop Medal (awarded to those who have XXXXXXX)
  • Plaque for track and field standout, Jack Hendry, added to Rider Track entrance
  • Alumni pyramids given to seniors
  • Mike Raymond received LXA’s Order of Merit at the General Assembly in Indy in July, 2004

  • March 22, 2004: “A ceremonial turning of the dirt to mark the start of the renovation and renewal process.”
  • Max Thomas helped stage a fun golf outing a Hueston Woods
  • August 2004: mold removal, new windows, door frames, doors, and locks, as well as new wiring and internet capabilities
  • September 22, 2004: “In the space of two and one-half hours, the Habitrail was precisely demolished. All that remains now is broken parts of the concrete slab.”
  • November 2004: “The project did go over budget, with more than $425,000 invested in the property. Some of the overage was due to the mold problem.”
  • March 5, 2005: the last meeting of the Z-U Z House Corporation was held in Indianapolis. The House Corp was replaced by the new Z-U Z Alumni Association or ZUZAA!
  • March 2005: We held our first out-of-state Founders Day dinner in Indianapolis, George Spasyk spoke
  • August 12–14, 2005: Golf Outing II at Hueston Woods
  • Alumni Ritual for new grads performed at LXA Headquarters in Indy

  • 2005: LCAP completes house renovation at 307 N. Bishop

  • November 14, 2007: the House Corp indicated to LCAP it would not exercise its right to purchase 307 N. Bishop property under the terms of the purchase and sale agreement into which LCAP has entered with Chi Psi.
  • The House Corp continues to have an interest in the sale of the property, particularly with respect to the division of the sales proceeds. With that in mind, the House Corp has requested several pieces of critical information from LCAP by December 2008.
  • Spring 2008: Sam Brown named Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority’s “Mr. Pink Panther”. Sam also served as IFC president, the first time a colony president ever held that office
  • 3.18 GPA was third highest on campus for 2007-2008
  • Fall 2008: 3.15 GPA was above all campus GPA
  • Fall 2008: Colony receives charter
  • Spring 2009: Mike Raymond Greek History Collection displayed at McGuffey Museum
  • Z-U Z tops IFC’s Div. IV for the All-Sports Division for 2008–2009
  • AMs 3.26 GPA for second semester was 3rd on campus
  • Summer 2009: Awarded Dirghalli Scholastic Program award by the Grand High Zeta; recognized by LXA w. N Amer Food Drive (NAFD) award as 1 or 4 chapters to raise
  • Jonas Dominique elected by peers on LXA Student Advisory Council to represent it on Grand High Zeta
  • Fall 2009: Z-U Z raised 209,000 lbs. of food for NAFD
